I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with ECOM Express. The tracking number for my package is [protected], and it was scheduled for delivery on 29.08.2023. However, the package has not been delivered, and the tracking status was falsely updated as "Incorrect Address."
Despite my repeated attempts to contact your customer care team via phone and email, I have not received any response.
