I have dispatched (via Shop101) shipment on dated 2/11/2020 Tracking id : [protected], after shipping continuously day by day ecom team mentioned delivery attempted. but my customer Mr. parimal Rajubhai Patel said to me no one called or messaged received him. (Shop101 team also called buyer Mr. Parimal ) He was also ready for pick up at the delivery centre but ecom customer care team could not give address or phone number.
After day by day OFD lock and etc remarks mentioned in tracking. On dated 11/11/2020 i cancelled the order and last mentioned as per tracking dated 14/11/2020 at surat hub. i continuously called ecom team for the same but still not returning my product or no response from ecom team. I have also paid sending receive charges.
I have also email on dated 14/12/2020 but still not response received from ecom team side.
Please help my issue.
