My FLEX "Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] reached at delivery centre palakkad district, kerala on 13th of November 2020 and taken out of for delivery by ECOM executive SANAF
Product delivered one day later after received out for delivery SMS on[protected].31 am
He didn't deliver my product after repeating calls .he just forgot to deliver my shipment while he passing near through to my delivery address . After my factory working time (8am- 4 pm) iam waited so long for him then after at 7pm executive told he was not able to deliver today. Next day[protected] he delivered my shipment at my factory security cabin without any query even he didn't know factory is not woking due to deepavali holiday it was such irresponsibility with our orders.
Iam using e-commerce sites for recent 3 years before I have never faced such a worst delivery experience
Delivery executive was not helpful/not informed. He is with poor communication with lot of excuses and irresponsible with his shipments
Please look into the matter seriously
And take necessary actions for not repeating this kind of problems in future
