Ecom Express — Delayed delivery in AWB no : [protected]

Parcel AWB no: [protected]. As per Samsung the delivery date is 04th November but Ecom Express is giving contradictory statements. Their costumer care executive says delivery date is 07th Nov and when I sent a mail to them they reply as 08th November. I will file consumer case against Ecom express because the product has reached my home town since 4th November but these people are knowingly showing the product is in transit. From one hub to another, one Dc to another. They are genuinely not interested in delivering.
