Ecom Express — Delayed order put into ofd lock

Recently I ordered study material/modules from pw and it was supposed to be delivered to me within 3 to 5 days but at 11 June 2024 my order was out for delivery and the delivery man had called me but he wasn't able to deliver the product and made an excuse that I hadn't answered his calls so then he undelivered it later onwards I started getting messages from pw regarding my order that the delivery was attempted and that I refused it at the doorstep but the truth was that I had not received any calls regarding my order this continued for a while, but when I complained to the customer care their excuse changed from not receiving calls and refusing at the doorstep to my address not being locatable it has been more than 10 days since that now when I checked my order status it is showing that my order has been put into ofd lock please ecom look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible my order id is :- PWNLFGCL30X9/001 and my tracking ID is :- [protected]
