Updated by Rj1234 Narsampet ecom express delivered my product but my product going mulugu ecom express he is delivered parkal, am in nallabelly village not parkal then who recieved my product (nallabelly and parkal distance 50 km)

I placed an order on Myntra on 5th Oct and received a message on 9th oct "out for delivery" and I have not received any call or message the whole day. And they simply didn't deliver it saying i was not available at the location. I was there and when i tracked the package, it is there in my city which is 5 kms from my place and sitting there for 5 days now.

I received another Myntra package on Sunday from ekart, from the same order. if they don't have any trouble delivering that package, I don't understand why the ecom people are delaying this second package.

I tried calling the contact number provided in the "out for delivery" sms, however it says i need to call from the registered number. This is my only registered number and i have no other way to contact the delivery person now.

I tried searching the address of ecom office to take the package on my own, however, even those details are not available.
