Hi, this is santosh patil, my product shipped was through ecom express from Flipkart it had reached destination city Gulbarga on 11th of November but 12 I received a msg that it's out for delivery and in evening I got an update I have refused to except the delivery, then waited for 2 days then again I receive a msg that I m not available, but I didn't receive a single call from these delivery agents, evertime they are giving false update to the company and Flipkart, and now when called to the customer care, they are telling the product is inreturn process .
