Ecom Express — Earlier OFD locked and after complaint marked RTO locked-- not once tried to call me to deliver. false remarks

Yesterday I files a complaint for OFD since 13th Aug, and now they have marked my complaint as resolved and put it in RTO locked. Like what a lie is this? My 10 kgs order you simply playing with it ? Not once received a call. Deliver my product today or else I will go to police for your fraud. Shame on you! Your customer care number never respond. You don't let customer get to you and you put false remarks. Deliver my product!
