Ecom Express — Ecom express is not delivering my Product and simply put the 'return log" on my Product

Ecomexpress did not try to deliver my product to me despite me calling them multiple times to deliver my product. I regularly got the message that my product is out for delivery but not agent tried to attempt the delivery and when I called the delivery executive he was very rude on call. When I called customer care about delivering my Product they gave me DC supervisor number and he never picked up the call I might have called him 100 times. They did not bother delivering my product at all. I have placed my order from streetstylestore and did not receive the Product yet.
