Ecom Express — Fraud Courier Agency

Ecom express is the worst. These people are making a fool with my package. It was supposed to be delivered to me by 12.6.2021. Everytime they call me they say they're on the way but never delivered. When I opened tracking status they have updated lies that CUSTOMER is unavailable. Wrong address and ### like that. But they never attempted to make a delivery in the first place.

Ecom express is the worst courier service, my package was to be delivered on 06th Aug, had ordered an saree for my sister for Rakshabandhan. First it got delayed, they said will be delivered on 10th still did not receive, when asked customer service, they said it is under government investigation. I could not understand what is government investigation? Then the representative on call tell all lies like one told your order has not been shipped yet, but i was able to see it is in bhiwandi. When asked for supervisor spoke rudely. He told it will be delivered by 17th, I called in 17th manager, spoke to a lady named Laxmi, she was on her Facebook and chit-chat with her colleagues. When asked she said it will be delivered soon, but didn't gave an exact date. Today is 18th I'm yet to receive order. Tracking number([protected])

Order not delivered. But from past 3 days I get a message that order out for delivery and evening I get a message that order not delivered as I have rejected to take order which is completely false and its making me feel bad. worst service by ecom expresss. If you cant deliver you can give genuine reasons but instead of that you are blaming customers.

Same for me. My product is in transit for a week. Not delivered yet.
