On 28th Oct I ordered a product but till now I have not received my order and now it's close to one month . On 14th Oct there was a single delivery attempt but unfortunately I was not home so I told to reattempt delivery on 16th Oct . Now it has been more than a week that I have not received my parcel . The delivery boy didn't even contacted me nor tried to deliver my parcel . Now the tracking status shows RTO Initiated ... Wtf a month waiting for my parcel and now it's being returned to origin ?!?! I want my parcel anyhow and should not return back . Atleast you should try to deliver 3 attempts but that also didn't happen . Worst service ever . I am really disappointed . If this ecomexpress really have any kind of responsibility towards the customers then deliver my product by today or tomorrow anyhow and should not return back .
