Ecom Express — Kindly resolve the issue of this "Pickup Rescheduled " since 3 days continously, It's my daughter's birthday present.

I ordered 2 items from myntra on 26th november 2020 and both are shipped together with order no. [protected], and AWB no. [protected].
It's been 5 days of my order and but from last 3 days Ecom express is showing "Pickup Rescheduled".
This is pathetic!!
It's my daughter's birthday present!!...it never takes that late with flipkart but with myntra, delivery of the package is always troublesome. Kindly please resolve the issue before 2nd December.
Please it's a request. Kindly please resolve it as soon as possible. Please..
