[Resolved] Ecom Express — late delivery

I booked a gift to my kid through snap deal on 2nd of may. They sent me a massage saying that gift is delivered on may 06th. Today is may 11 and i haven't received any order. They sent my product through ecom express courier air way bill number[protected]. Even though i called to customer care service they are not responding.They have given couple of Bangalore phone numbers they are not ringing. The status code in ecom tracking site is Consignee Not Available. I am at home last two days and i haven't got any call from them regarding courier. Very disappointed with the service and especially birth day surprise lost. balakrishna [protected]@gmail.com

Ecomm express is worst courier service. .. Ordered the product on June 30 and have still not received. Whenver we call then all we can hear is we'll take it on priority basis. Worst service
