Hello, my product tracking ID is [protected]. This product reached to my nearby facility center since 26 November and your delivery agent don't want to deliver at the door he said to me come and pick up your delivery when I said I don't able to pick up my product to your facility center he reschedule my delivery without my concern and wrote wrong information in Amazon he did continue to last 6 days. I call many time to ecom express customer service but they always said next 24 hour your product will deliver. If your courier team isn't capable to provide services then you won't fool the seller and consumer. I'm totally frustrated with your team idiotic behavior and false claim... If your service like this then I don't want to order anything to Amazon who choose you as a business partner
