I have a product which had to be delivered by 20th April but is not delivered by 30th April
In the first attempt the delivery agent has contacted me to deliver the package saying my area is too far he said he will make it delivered next day and had cancelled the delivery saying the user was not available but after that no delivery agent has contacted
Every day it says product is out for delivery but no one contacts and at the end they cancels it saying the person was not contactable
and now I found in the tracking page ofd lock is applied this has been worst experience,
The package is prepaid And I do not know what to do in even in the deliver agent number they send in the messages they now send my own number
This is more than bad experience the package is prepaid and I do not know what to do if the deliver agent want I will also pay them extra to make the product delivered as it is very important to me but this is extremely bad never had such a experience in delivery
