Ecom Express — No response from courier service

I ordered some products from jiomart on 02/09/2021. Its delivery date is 08/09/2021. But the items were not delivered yet. Its delivery partner is ecom express. I comlained jio mart by emailing them and they assured delivery will happen before end of due date. But there is no further actions from courier service(ecom express).

Updated by Soumya k s I received a message from ecom express that delivery will be attempt today (11/09/2021). But now they text me another message that they are unable to deliver my order and will attempt tomorrow.
