Dear Sir/Madam I have placed an on line order on Zoffio order No 141016C-93990 on Oct 17th 2014. I was informed by Zoffio Banglore by SMS that shipment has been made and same will be delivered to my given address on 22nd Oct 2014.They provided me Tracking No[protected] for ECOM Express services. Till date 4th Nov 2014 the consignment is not delivered to me.The Vadodara office of ECOM is not responding on phone neither the delivery is made.
