Ecom Express — Non delivery of products and wrong updation

I have booked a product from Amazon and it was couriered through ecom express..I started getting messages 3 days before the expected delivery date. The messages were with same content that your item will be delivered today..But I never got a call from the delivery boy.End of the day I get another message that delivery has been rescheduled at customer's request..On the expected delivery date I get another message that item is returned as per customer's request.I never got a call from them.If my number was not reachable I would have got missed call alert..zI called up Amazon and said that I am ready to go and collect the item from the courier office if I would get their contact number..but nothing happened..Ecom express is a fraud establishment...
