I have ordered a product from the adidas website on 3rd of September and my product was to be recieved on 7th of September but the delivery person falsy claimed the address not located, even after providing a more detailed address and a new phone number, I did not recieve my parcel. Today is 10th of September and I still don't have my parcel and I am in urgent need of it. I tried calling customer representatives of both adidas and Ecom express but I still don't have any update.
Today as on 10th of September my parcel says it's OFD locked and I'm just waiting for it to get delivered to me. I only need Ecom Express and Adidas to remove the OFD lock from my parcel so that the delivery person could deliver my product. Was this information helpful? |
