Ecom Express — Not receiving my product till now

I ordered a product on 29.10.2020 and it's delivery date was 4th November, 2020. But I am sorry to say that till now I have not received the product. My experience in this matter is very painful.

It is shown that the product is now near my home. Earlier it came here and went back. I don't know the reason. Now if I get the contact information I can collect my product from its present address.

The product is at the same place at Sankrail hub for last 4days. No movement. Have you really intention to deliver the product?
Today is 12th November but the product is at the same place for last 6days. No movement. I don't know when I will get it. They failed to deliver the product in stipulated time twice. But no contact with me made so far.
