I have ordered my product on thu 13 feb and the delivery date was 16 but courier boy never ever called me and when i am trying to reach they never picked my call while i am tracking my product their always showing tomorrow will be deliver daily i am updating my address and my number but nothing happening plz improve your performance and someone is waiting for there product but your are always delaying my order number is #nyk[protected] and awb is #[protected] today is showing ofd lock applied plz resolve my prob i need my product as soon as possible

Hi, I am a seller I shipped a product from Delhi to rajasthan but the product is not delivered daily my buyer will post for reattempt after 3 rd attempt and I am trying finding contact no of delivery boy and then call him so he use abusing words and saying I will not deliver it because this order is from facebook / Instagram and saying whatever you can do do it I have no fear of anything but your procket will not deliver when I mail it ecom express I didn't get any call msg or mail in regards of that and their customer care person don't resolve any problem and doing anything AWB no [protected] now the status is showing off lock applied

AWB [protected] ofd lock has been applied for almost 10 days! I am tired of contacting your customer care every single day. It is showing incorrect address but it isn't and nobody ever showed or even tried to call me! I was supposed to where what I ordered for my birthday but even that passed yesterday, without the parcel of course! Just get something done or make arrangements to get my money back to me I can't handle you guys anymore

I have been trying to connect with ecom via email msg and there has been no response at all. I visited ecom at tipsandra Bangalore with regards to my order they asked me to go to ulsoor office and there is no address or location map the one which is there in google is wrong I visited that place and I was informed by surrounding people ecom was there 4 years back now they are not there google still show that location . There is no customer care no only ivr when I called says my package has been delivered in 29 nov.

I am saying the status is OFD lock now ?

The no mentioned in the shipment is wrong I told the agent when I visited ecom office at tipsandra that pls correct the no and help to get my parcel they said only Ulsoor agent can do no one is supporting. My package still lying somewhere I have no clue . The chat Vaani not useful at all.

Please help me get my package. The mob no mentioned is wrong I sent an email as well but no response .

Hello, I have placed an order on Saturday 14th of this month and the delivery date was due on 21st of January 2023 but then the courier boy never ever tried to reach me or call me and when I tried to reach they never picked my call. Now when I track my product it always shows as (Delivery address was incomplete or incorrect). I have given the correct address and phone number but since they were requesting to update I tried updating the phone number and the address too but still they always don’t deliver it and later at the end of the day a email message is send saying the product wasn’t deliverable since the address was incomplete or incorrect whereas I didn’t receive any calls from the courier boy🙂. Please improve your performance and service as someone is waiting for their product also my parcel is already delayed by 5 days. Please look in to my problem and resolve it asap.

Shipment was supposed to be delivered on 21st but nobody contacted me. Then they showed out for delivery again on 22nd. Again I didn’t get any calls. 23rd, same thing. And now the shipment says ofd lock applied. Calls don’t work at all, nobody replied to my email and I’m not able to reach my seller as well!
