Ecom Express — OFD lock applied to my product

I order a protein supplement on 10th May and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th may. But delivery person didn't attempted didn't even called me about address(if incase he got confused) and more over when I tried to call him he declined my call multiple times. Without informing anything they cancelled my delivery. I checked through website and I rescheduled it to 15. This no message nothing about the product. Again when I checked in website they put my order in OFD lock. I tried to reach customer support but it's not even working. I don't how they put and why they put my order in OFD lock. I have been using multiple delivery platform but never faced such issue. This is my first ever worst experience. Kindly help me on this. I needed my product at earliest. Here are the product details
