This regarding the car part i ordered from boodmo (order No:[protected]-3498). the pat was ordered on 06th June.
Order was sent to me through Ecom Express (Tracking No:[protected]
Order was shown out for delivery first on 11th June.
But no delivery attempt was made and Delivery person Mr.Mani M (Contact No: [protected] - Details received through Ecom Message) has not made even a call.
On 12th june again the same delivery person did not called me and also did not deliver the order and evening it was updated on tracking info that "Customer not available at Office/Home" while I is was at home for the entire day.
Next day on 13th June it shows order was not delivered due to capacity/time constraint.
On 14th June OFD lock has been applied on order. On enquiring with other Ecom Delivery person i was told that the order will not attempted to deliver again after OFD lock is applied.
During all this time from 11 June to 15th June i have been continuously calling to the delivery person Mr.Mani.M to discuss regarding the order. He does not attend the call and cuts the call. When i tried calling from another number he attended the call and as soon as he got to know about the order details, before i could speak anything, he cut the call again.
If this is about the address being not right or person not being at home it is not acceptable, as i have received three other orders on the same address before and after the complaint order on 9th June (Tracking No:[protected], 10th June(Tracking No:[protected] and on 14th June (Tracking No:[protected].
Even Boodmo team also is taking their time to solve the issue with a very slow response. i lodged a ticket on Boodmo website on 12th June with request for updates. But still no proper response or action taken.
Please help me in resolving this issue at the earliest.
Or atmost please return the product to supplier and process for refund.
