[Resolved] Ecom Express — Order not delivered yet - untraceable

My shipment number is [protected] which was shipped through Ecom Express. The order is stuck in the same place since over 4 days. It is in a close location to me and ideally should have been delivered 3 days ago. Ecom told me that the shipment is untraceable. I don’t understand what that is supposed to mean. I want immediate resolution to this.
