[Resolved] Ecom Express — Parcel not delivered

I had placed an order from snapdeal and was expected to receive the product with in 21st july. i tracked the order and the status says,

Undelivered (reason code : 223 - address incomplete)

I have placed many orders earlier as well and have received the product the same address. then how can you say the address is incomplete.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.
