Ecom Express — Pickup not been picked up yet

No one has come yet to pick it up and it says that first attempt failed.
I have tried calling the customer care but it seems to be busy since last 1 hour
Pick the product asap.
this is the second time.
The service is worst and so as the courier persons.
The product was buyed from abof.com
Resolve the issue asap...
