Ecom Express — Product delivery and ofd lock

There was like 4 orders which I ordered from glowroad which has to be delivered by ecom express bt they don't deliver it as I asked one o[censored]r agent somnath bagarti not to deliver my prouduct as he is rude and misbehaved with us.. We never asked others to not deliver my product. Kindly look into the matter I have some important parcels which all are prepaid.. I had written email 2 times nd once they assured that they sort this bt nothing happened my order id prepaid nd I have not received any single call for delivery or cancellation this is so pathetic service nd no response from their side.. Nobody responds properly kindly help
