Ecom Express — Product picked up from your agent

My product from Myntra was picked up for return from your ecom agent on 27th October 2020 at 3:16pm from 344/1, housing Board, Nagaur Rajasthan but he did not provided me any reciept for it and took it his home without submitting it.
I have done everything possible to me but no action has been taken yet. Your agent has caused mental torture to me. Please see the matter and solve it asap.

Details are included in screenshot. And i have also attached picture of the agent who picked up my parcel. This men from ecom express has also done the same once before too. Please see into the matter.
