Ecom Express — Products are not delivered

Address: Ecom Express, Edat, Payyanur, Kerala 670 307

Ordered 2 items via amazon and they are shipped with Ecom Express. The delivery agent (Ecom Express Payyannur, Kerala) refused to deliver the items to my address. He asked me to collect it from a point which is 3km away from my home. He argued and misbehaved and eventually the delivery agent has returned the items without my consent.
