On 6th November my product was out for delivery. After sometime I got the message that my product has been delivered. But, I did not get the product neither did I receive any call from the delivery executive regarding the delivery. Later I tried calling the number provided in the delivery message but It was not connecting. Then I submitted in the feedback of the delivery that my product has not been delivered but I have not got any call from Ecom Express. This is utterly unprofessional from those guys. The Awb no. of my product is [protected] from 1MG in the name of Jhunjhun Dubey.
