Ecom Express — Reverse pickup process not yet completed since yesterday

Sir, my return for AWB NUMBER :[protected] was picked up from my end yesterday ... but still the status of shipment is showing " REVERSE PICKUP NOT COMPLETE" so, kindly resolve this issue quickly, . and also speed up the reverse pickup process as fast as possible ...
