Have ordered a shipment on 20th Oct from an online store. The delivery agent (ecom Express) has lost the shipment since 29 Oct. I have contacted their customer care executives nearly 7 times. Everytime they promised me that my issue will resolved and they will contact me. But no resolution till date . It's been more than a month.. Under their lien the package has been lost. I have also prepaid for the shipment . There is no resolution from the online store ( asianpaints) as well. They say it is the delivery agent error and they are not responsible. Updated by Varunlk Package was your responsibility. You are the courier agency. U r the person to be held responsible since package was in your possession. You should compensate for the loss. You can't just runway by saying we lost the package. In legality it is violation of contract of bailment.
