[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Shipment not received

I have purchased one product from snapdeal.com and they shipped it through this ecom express courier company. They Received the product on 28th October and declare est. time of delivery on 31st October. So i am supposed to received product on that day..when i track my shipment it show's only shipment in transit and they change my shipment est.del.date to 3rd Nov. But no updation in transit condition... When I contacted customer care many times. still line busy occur's..very poor services by ecom... My AWB is[protected]..On 3rd November i track my shipment it contiously show only in transit conditions and overall no changes or updation by ecom..The worst courier service ever. . I suggest to snapdeal and anyone plz don't use this worst courier company... AWB:[protected] Order No. : SLP[protected] Plz provide me actual detail of my product...
