Ecom Express — Status falsely showing "reverse pickup not completed"

Sir, my return for AWB NUMBER:[protected] has been picked up from my end, but the status is still showing "REVERSE PICKUP NOT COMPLETE", so kindly resolve this issue as fast as possible and also update the status of reverse pickup.
