Ecom Express — Tracking ID: [protected]

Hi
I am facing very bad experience from Ecom express always, many times they dont want to deliver the items instead updating as customer not available, delay delivery on customer request. etc.
I am receiving many package from Myntra, flipkart and amazon and this is the worst courier company spoil the name of online companies and giving tough time to customer and seller.

hope Ecom express can check their delivery boys how they work in the field and improve customer satisfaction.

my Tracking ID: [protected] it is still in Vadakara delivery point and not delivering to customer.
