I cannot upload the original audio here because o[censored]nsupported format but attached few screenshot, can I get the email address so I can send the details of my issue with Ecom express about their self pickup features like how they are doing harrasment to customers. As per discussion with customer care I wint to their delivery location to pickup but they sent me back to home saying you will get your item ASAP. When I asked about what is self pickup means then, are you guys behaving with all the customer like this first call them to self pickup and then later can bee see that delivery centre is locked and customer care says it is operational and open but physically it is locked. Customer care agent Arun Kumar and escalation lady Diksha are not able to provide the information like when I asked I just need my item and not going to raise complaint about this.
