I have shipped a order through shiprocket via ecom express. AWB :[protected]
My order has been shipped on 27th August from Delhi to gurgaon and estimated delivery date is 29 th August. But on 30 th it's showing undelivered after out for delivery. On 31st it's showed again undelivered and reason is customer refuse which was fake bcoz no one called. On 1st ofd locked applied and on 2nd it took again out for delivery and again undelivered by mentioning customer refuse. With ofd lock applied.
Note- the order was prepaid and it's for a relative. The delivery person is not picking up call and shiprocket customer service is being 24hrs to 72 hrs you have to wait.
And the parcel is for her daughter's birthday which is no use if it doesn't reach by 4th September. Pls try to make it deliver.
