The Ecom express is very bad that they have wrongly shipped the product to Delhi hub instead of Bangalore hub.

Hello I have ordered a mobile in Snap deal.com with my order Id: [protected] dated[protected] which is not yet delivered till date, that too Ecom express(Air Waybill no.[protected] updated their website yesterday as consignee is unavailable, but he didn't contacted me or didn't messaged me, what Ecom express people r thinking about themselves are they playing with customers.
