I got a message from EKart in the morning of 18/12/2020 that my three Myntra Returns bearing the following Tracking IDS shall be picked by 9 PM yesterday:

However no one turned up for Picking up the items from my address. Instead, in the afternoon, I get three smses from Ekart that my Pickup has been cancelled as I have decided to keep the products. This is shocking as it is a blatant lie as neither any Ekart person has contacted me or come to my address to pick up the items nor have I said anywhere that I am going to keep the items.
Soon after getting these messages, I contacted the phone number given in the smses and the Ekart person on the other side of the phone apologised for the error and said it was a mistake and that the items will be picked up today.
But today also nobody has come to pick up the items and when I again tried to contact Ekart through the same number, the automated line did not let my call pass through. I also find that a similar erroneous update has been given in Myntra against the Products i.e. that the customer has decided to keep the product.
So please look into the matter urgently and send your person to pick up my items immediately and rectify the update shown in the website.
