Actually my shipment delivery date 19/12/2020
But 1 day before it is out for delivery on that day I am not available at home
My wife said to please carry tomorrow because I don't have money and my husband also not there tomorrow he available so any time u can bring brother

Then he courier person said with my wife take today otherwise I will cancelled ur shipment also he cancelled...

What is this sir or madam delivery executive doing very wrong please take action

Please send it back my shipment because I am waiting that persol in 10 days

      I'd like to know when my order will be delivered whose waybill number is (NMBP[protected]), its been more than 25 days..how much more time is it gonna take to get delivered or u people playing your games of accepting and rejecting. What's happening in there, or do i have to speak to your higher authorities relevance to my order. Plz do let me know asap. I'm sharing screen shots so u might understand clearly that what's going on and how to deliver the stuff at time. And let me know when will it be delivered? Given is my contact number ([protected])

        I got a message from EKart in the morning of 18/12/2020 that my three Myntra Returns bearing the following Tracking IDS shall be picked by 9 PM yesterday:
        Tracking IDs
        1.MYNR[protected]
        2. MYNR[protected]
        3.MYNR[protected]
        However no one turned up for Picking up the items from my address. Instead, in the afternoon, I get three smses from Ekart that my Pickup has been cancelled as I have decided to keep the products. This is shocking as it is a blatant lie as neither any Ekart person has contacted me or come to my address to pick up the items nor have I said anywhere that I am going to keep the items.
        Soon after getting these messages, I contacted the phone number given in the smses and the Ekart person on the other side of the phone apologised for the error and said it was a mistake and that the items will be picked up today.
        But today also nobody has come to pick up the items and when I again tried to contact Ekart through the same number, the automated line did not let my call pass through. I also find that a similar erroneous update has been given in Myntra against the Products i.e. that the customer has decided to keep the product.
        So please look into the matter urgently and send your person to pick up my items immediately and rectify the update shown in the website.

        i dont buy any products it is fake id . old materials will be sell in this app ekart is fake dealers 50 Rs sarees you send these sarees on delivery time on 1200 RS i want to my money please refund it .

          Delivery boy does not deliver my parcel since last 3 day I call him and didn't pick my call. Also he said ekart office is closed but on these day other ekart curiar boy deliver my parcel. Please take immediate action against him.

                The product inside package very poor. They installed waste news papers and item put it in ordinary cover. This is bad. Alternative items provided me. Actually item I saw and order but they sent too long rudrakshi and thulsi mala(color changed). Its not goid sir. Please make good packaged about religious item and send actuall item. Its a request behalf others. Otherwise you will lose the trust of customers. Thank you. Delivery service is good and in time sir.

                          Today i got a message that the product is out for delivery, i waited whole day for the call but didn't recieve so i manage to get the number and called the delivery boy but he started talking in rude manner and says we have to take the product from there, they will not deliver it...for what we pay delivery charge 🤷 leaving flipkart

                                        I booked Ekart Logistics (via shiprocket) on 11th December. My package got picked up on 12th Dec itself. Whereas in the tracking it showed pickup exception by night. The same guy came to pick up the same package the next day. Today is the 3rd day, again the tracking shows "out for pickup", no one has come (seeking answers from him). Since mine is a small business, I have customers to who I am answerable. There is no support email id or numbers that work. Shiprocket says they are processing and might take 24-48 hours to give me a resolution, which is 2 long. It's been 3 days and m package should have been in transit till now.
