I have complaint about my printer (*epson3110*) a month ago to epson as it was not performing as such it should be. But one month is about to over i have not got the solution. And the main thing is that it is still under warranty. Once they have they do not have such part such as head and scan rod, then they themselves considered me out of station and today they are sending me sms that when you return to city contact us...

Its been 15 months of purchase and i still dont know how to enable wifi system bcs the service centre didnt helped me in 2 services
I had called them for service 7-8 months back they were very loud on phone (Is this the way to talk to customers)

I am writing this mail in an utter dismay that despite of several complains the epson service centre in kanpur is not able to fix the single problem facing since 5 months.

I have purchased epson printer l4150 on 2nd of february-19 (Invoice attached) and faced the problem within a month of horizontal line is coming. Since then this problem is unsolved. The service centre do not understand how to fix it as they only do cleaning...

Totally bad experience. I have given my printer in service centre, they said i would get it next day but 3 days gone no one is ready to tell the problem i have called them 5 times in one day and each time they say their senior is in a meeting.
