WORST PRINTER

I bought the All in One printer for 3600 hoping to use it moderately, but I found that the cartridge lasts for ONLY 10- 12 PAGES !! In draft mode, it lasts for 15 pages - TEXT NOT PICTURE. THIS IS SHOCKING. Since there is no refill, you have to buy cartridge. But the Rs. 250 cartridge(ORIGINAL EPSON) lasts only 12 pages. What is the use of such useless CARTRIDGE? I REQUEST THAT EPSON WITHDRAW THIS PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY....

bad response of service center

sir
i have a small business of photography i heard very much about the quality of epson printer
so i bought rx 510 printer.that was too good printer but i was having some problem in loading of paper
so ive given in your bhopal service center.
i have given my printer 4 monts before to your bhopal service center
neather he is repairing nor giving back to me
my request is please do something as soon...

FAILED PRODUCT, REIMBURSEMENT NEEDED URGENTLY

I bought CX5500 in the month of Oct 08, after every 5 - 6 prints, i have to replace the cardtride,
every time different colour cartridge..

early changes, vendor suggested..since the printer would be in stock before launching...the cartridge may have dried up..so 4 new cartridge., i have invested more than Rs.4000 .just to replace cartridge since Nov. 08 till Feb. 09, i have as many as 17 cartridges in my office, they...

I have been working in IT for some 35 years now, last 18 years and till date as director of a training centre for IT in Belgium.
Since last year December 2007 I am setting up a similar training centre in Bangalore.

For many years we have been using printers from Epson.

printer head not working

I have a Epson R230 printer Ist time when light flashing then i repaired it by epson service center agra under warrenty period in 15 april they they dint palced a cartridge in it & said that we dont have this cartridge due to this they solve the flashing problem but when i start at my home then i saw that printer head is clogged i again returnt to the agra service center they used my new cartridge & empty it but unable to repair printer...

Printer not working

I am Niraj Rachh from Bhuj. I had purchased EPSON CX 1500 printer (All in one) for my company Pioneer Computer Services, Bhuj.

The printer is having an onsite service warranty. The printer was not working & photocoping was also not working.
