This kind of indifference from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes is shocking and unacceptable. It clearly reflects a serious failure in honoring service commitments and in maintaining basic customer relationship standards.
I demand the following actions immediately:
Arrange an urgent visit by a qualified service engineer within 24 hours.
Issue a formal explanation for the lack of response and negligence by Akash Enterprises and your service team.
Ensure that future AMC services are provided without any further lapses.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally through the Consumer Forum, social media, and other public platforms.
