This is regarding the sofa compliant number compliant (MJ7057). I have bought leather Sofa(Montana) from Evok Bangalore Bellandur store 8 months back. Within 6 months two sofas developed serious problems. One sofa leather is splitting (can’t believe this can happen to leather sofa) and second sofa color is peeling. I have never imagined that this could happen to any new sofa within six months. As an anxious customer I have raised a compliant, then started the agony. One service person visited after several follow-ups, he said as the sofa is still under warranty they referred this case to their head office. But after that nothing happened for 2 months. Again after several calls to local service person and customer care, I have got response that they will repair my sofa but I have to pay repair charges. I am shocked to hearing that. After that when ever I call the same answer. Are these people understand what they are doing, absolute callous attitude. Please look into this issue urgently my patients is running out.
