I had bought a Astrix 1seater form EVOK showroom Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore in the month of September 2014 and from day 1, I have seen that the left side cushion is missing and I called the customer care and registered the complaint, no one turned up for 2 months.In between these 2 months I have been to the showroom twice. After 2 months the service person came and checked the damaged and took photographs and confirmed the damage and said within a day will pick up the sofa and repair. No one came for the next one month i tried calling customer care and spoke to some manager and they registered with complaint number MJ5587. I called up the showroom and they said that the service person has left the job so the delay. In the month of February I am getting calls from service person that he will come and repair at home. He finally came after 2 months that is this Monday date[protected]. He opened the cover and he found that the wood itself is broken due to which the cushion is falling. Service man said he will pick up the sofa to the service place on the same day but no one has even called me.Its been 8 months registering the complaint and no one takes any action. If EVOK does not have good people for service their products then please stop selling the products with warranty of 1 year. I am just fed up with your service and request some quick action either to take back the sofa or service it within a week.
