Evok — bed mattress not replaced in spite of regular complains

I had ordered for a bed and mattress from evok outlet shipra mall noida. While the mattresses on beds there were apt according to size and left a finger gap on the sides the mattress sent to me along with the bed was bigger than the bed and was extremely tight that it even didn't fit properly. Upon regular complains to the manager there the only response was the company is not ready to replace the mattress as a lot of other customers demand for over sized mattress. First of all i don't know who would demand for a mattress bigger than the bed and secondly if evok can't deliver what it displays it should stop displaying such furniture and fooling the consumers. After investing more than 70k if a person expects a good item in their house it's no wrong. So my kind request is to look into this and if not possible for a replacement kindly refund. I would rather not buy any furniture from a fraudulent place than keep hearing such irrational rants from your outlet managers. My bill no was 1004so[protected] and it was bought on 29th oct 2017.
