Hi,
I placed a couple of orders (#14082991 and 14083317 on Evok website on 23rd Dec and the delivery time indicated by the website was 'Within 12 business days'.
It's now 4th Jan'21 and I have been continuously following up with your customer care to get the items delivered but they are now saying it can only be done by 11th Jan'21. I had made other arrangements considering Evok will stick to its timelines. This is such poor service. I am not aware of any consumer durable company which doesn't work on Saturday and Sunday. Why give timelines to the customer if you cannot meet them? I will think twice before ordering from Evok.
