Issues with Evok furniture- Order#[protected]L-Shaped Sofa)
After month long delay, I received the product but it was a damaged one.
I reported it immediately, I was informed by the Evok team that, they are not in a position to replace the product due to stock unavailability.
They promised me the refund of INR 5K, against the repair cost. It has been over 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting to get the repair cost.
People have stopped responding over email.
I've been writing to Business head/Customer care Head and couple of other dignitaries but to no avail Was this information helpful? |
