I had purchased 7 seats recliner from evok worth more than rs. 1.2 lakh. There was a defect in one seat and i have been following evok through calls, messages, mails for the last 4 months or so but no one is responding back. Evok had clearly told me initially that i should not contact local repair person if any defect is there. But now evok is also not responding. This defect may increase further so we are not using these sofas for months now.
