Last year June I had purchased a Coffee Table from Kalyan Nagar Store in Bangalore.
While purchasing the table also I had lots of issues with the product as initially Evok delivered a table which was not d selected one. Later we had to struggle a lot for exchanging it and getting what we selected.
Now, the main problem is the table that we purchased is chipped from all corners and at the bottom.
When I raised a complaint in Kalyan Nagar store they said it's because we have mishandled d product.
My question is how can a customer mishandle a product for which we have paid almost 22k ?? N how can we mishandle a coffee table??
Unfortunately none of Evok's staff in Bangalore is speaking on this and giving me a proper reply.
I just wanted to check with you that shall I consider Evok brand in itself not being responsible for this issue that I m facing ?? Shall I consider Evok cheating me as d product is not even a year old n more over ur team is claiming it to be mishandled?? Was this information helpful? |
