It has been nearly one year for "nora sofa 3+2" that i ordered from hyderabad store (Near peddamma temple) jubilee hills. We received a defective item for which i have been constantly asking for replacement as it was not repairable. After continuous follow up with mr. Srikanth reddy from evok, we got a replacement which is also a defective item. No quality check even though you are replacing a defective item, it was worst customer service by any company to offer for a customer who bought a product from your store pricing above 50k.
Evok store don't have good collection of sofas and stopped manufacturing the model i brought (So no replacement) and forced me to select another sofa from existing models. As they are not ready to refund my money though it was not my fault. Got fed-up with all these and selected another sofa, which was priced around 53k when i opted it and they were asking me pay for the extra amount, i am sending you my bill of "nora sofa 3+2", it was priced around 53k and above 3k was adjusted (Privilege discount) as i was paying in single payment but now the new sofa i have selected for replacement is costed 53k around and they were not ready to negotiate on that and waited till it got hiked for 60k and demanding me for additional amount.
Well, i think i have given you enough time, already communicate to mr. Srikanth reddy from evok over a phone call about proceeding legally, still i didn't get any response.
I have written evidence from the company on this issue. Please let me know if you need the same.
